One of my jobs is at the Dollar Tree here in North Carolina. Last night I found 3 packs of signo pens for a dollar. We even have white ones. There are all different sets including glitter ones!
I also work at Michaels and found the cricut cake carts for $9.99!!! I got the last one my store had (birthday cakes) but it is a small one so maybe you can find one at your store. I cant wait for thanksgiving day sales at Michaels!!!! They are FAB!!!!
Anyway....just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

Ally Scraps and Scrapping the music
This week the song from Scrapping the Music is "Upside Down". This is the theme song from the Curious George movie. I thought this would be a good excuse to finally scrap the pics from Universal Studios where the kids met George. I used the sketch from Alley Scraps for this one. I know I have been working on useing my single page stash but I got this paper from my Play day paper pack by SEI. So I guess technically it is still part of my stash. This font for both the title and journaling is called Brody and it is as close to the Curious George font as I could find.

Cooking with Cricut
Cooking with Cricut had a blog hop this past weekend and it ended with a Christmas challenge. I dug into my stash and went to work. Im sorry that I cant tell you about any of it. I don't even know where I got the tree svg file. All I do know is I used a page maps sketch, the title was cut with scal and the font is Christmas card.

This layout also qualifies for:
Lasting memories layout challenges: Use Your Cricut (or any die cuts if you don't have a cricut
Simon says stamp: sparkle
The ABC challenges: H is for Holidays

Chef Mickey's
I am getting around to scrapping more pics from our first trip to Disney in 2008. These are from Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort. I scrap lifted this from one of my favorite blogs... Reddy's Ramblings. She has some great free svg files for Disney. Everything I used was either from my stash or my scrap pile.

8x8 layout
I had to make a small Christmas layout for the classes room window at Michaels because corporate will be visiting the store this week. So I dug through my scraps and some stash and came up with this. I think it came out pretty cute. I used a cut file from Treasure Box.
